Strength of A Team Part 2

Last night we left off with discussing media.

Media is an important part of any ministry.
For deaf ministry, it gets the word out to many worldwide as well as keeps people up to date with all current  message offerings, travel agenda and real time communications.

Media team would be a high priority in building a healthy structure so schools online could begin, as well as reach all over the world.

Classes online would include a teacher(s) that are deaf teaching hearing to verbalize, understand and communicate clearly with deaf as well as interpreters learning ASL, BSL and all other sign languages worldwide in order to reach everyone.
By connecting through media, people could then be able to use teachers worldwide as a part of the staff in many different countries and signs.

WE EQUIP THE EQUIPPERS FIRST

After online schools, physical Universities- Colleges would be another goal because its imperative that people become IMMERSED IN A CULTURE.
Both hearing and deaf who want to become useful in deaf ministry worldwide.
Possibly start with what you have until you can create more.
Start by bringing deaf into hearing schools like BSSM in Redding California which teaches about God, Core Values of the Kingdom, Supernatural Healing, Worship and How to do Outreach ministry as well as prepares them to become pastors and teachers themselves.
Kings College is where I went when it was called Champions Bible College and that's where I first began dreaming bigger.
And then I moved to Redding and God began to pour in more ways to reach on a larger scale worldwide.
(2 great places I know of)
After that, create curriculum for deaf specifically so that their bible college - university experience is based on their needs, and the needs of deaf people worldwide.
The fields are RIPE for harvest!

Use many living parables.(teaching on the fruit of the spirit, servant hood, and what salvation looks like.

Sight oriented lessons work best.

Dream big!!!
The goal is to equip them to equip.
What is in your hand to begin with?

Children are not to be left out of the equasion, because leaving a legacy is our UTMOST,  but until you have room for this entire vision to be created, start by having enough interpreters to go into any hearing classroom for all ages so they can learn what we learn.
It would be 'best and ideal' if it were tailor made for their needs.
But start somewhere... With whatever you can do first.

Think about the needs as:
Ability to watch anything we watch.
Like Sunday messages.
Wherever online media exists for hearing in your church, make interpreting of all messages available.
A push button near video that says what kind of interpreter would be optimal.
Is it ASL? BSL? Or.. I know there's more. But choose interpreters with this skills worldwide and once they've finished interpreting each, make them available on your outreach media website.
By connecting like minded ministries (other boats like in Jesus lesson to  Peter when he was told to cast his net on the other side) means we can co-labor together and bring them into the kingdom worldwide.

I have so much more.
I've been pregnant with what they would become for well over a decade. (Nearly 2)

There is more on dance ministry, videos, and creating a team who ministers in human video, dance and sign... but that is still being dreamed up.
The more I give away.. the more He gives,
This time, its for all who are thirsty to build and help bring my deaf children HOME TO HIS HEART.

UNTIL THE WHOLE WORLD HEARS
LIVE, DEBORAH
