Walking down the street.

There are sounds everywhere.

 I hear the birds sing.

 I listen for the vroom! of the cars.

I hear the whistle blow of the train.

The soft trickle of the water over the rocks.

The soft fluffy kitty purring as I pet her.

The cute puppy barking as we play  catch with a ball.

But I wonder,

 does God hear me?

 You can hear His voice. He does talk. In many different ways.

God is everywhere you are.

He  hands created  the people who made the cars and the train.

He hands created the birds, the kitty and the dog.

 God spent alot of time making the people.

He spent alot of time making the animals just for you to enjoy, too.

You are so precious to God, that He talks to you. He likes talking with you.

If God talks, that means that God hears every one of you too.

You are very special to Him.

When He talks, sometimes He sends pictures for you to see.

Like when you draw a picture for mommy and daddy and its just like you telling them how you feel.

 Well, sometimes God does that too.

 He sends butterflies to those of His kids who like them, to say He is thinking about them.

 He will even say: I love you through a parent or a friend.

 But all of that is God speaking to us.

When He has something special to say, like a message just for you, He might actually talk like words. Sometimes its a thought that you get and you know it's special.  Like, go walk up to your teacher and say: I think your great!

 Now that you know God was talking to you, what are some of the ways that you can think of that God talks to you?

God loves spending time with you and sharing His heart.

Your voice is something He wants to hear.

Daily.
