ezekiel ch1

The more that I look at Ezekiel with the eyes of a child, the more I see.

chapter 1: He was given EYES TO SEE

Chapter 2: He was given EARS TO HEAR

Chapter 3: God gives Ezekiel a message (scroll)

Chapter 4: Ezekiel becomes a PHYSICAL SIGN

Interestingly enough, God begins to show him different things God is not happy about that is happening in the earth. Ezekiel is taught to see, to hear and to DO PROPHETIC ACTS in these lessons.

He showed Ezekiel what HE SAW... and how to use his eyes to see, his ears to hear and his voice, and actions to bring about what GOD wanted in earth.

Also, he is taught to pray in a whole new way. He is taught to look with eyes of purity at what God is seeing and to actually do something about it.

I love how GOD finishes up his lessons.

chapter 40, THE TEMPLE IS RESTORED

43: THE TEMPLE AREA IS RESTORED

44 THE PRIESTHOOD IS RESTORED

45 ISRAEL IS '''FULLY RESTORED!'''

47: RIVER FROM THE TEMPLE.............

48: LAND GIVEN to the tribes....and written:

“And the name of the city from that time on will be:

the Lord is there.”

and then as I wrote this final portion, I heard a song .. in my heart:

Psalms 46"4-11

4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
    the holy place where the Most High dwells.
5 God is within her, she will not fall;
    God will help her at break of day.
6 Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall;
    he lifts his voice, the earth melts.

7 The Lord Almighty is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress.

8 Come and see what the Lord has done,
    the desolations he has brought on the earth.
9 He makes wars cease
    to the ends of the earth.
He breaks the bow and shatters the spear;
    he burns the shieldsd]">[d] with fire.
10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
    I will be exalted among the nations,
    I will be exalted in the earth.”

11 The Lord Almighty is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress.
