When I was in Firestarters Revival group yesterday, one of our speakers said the most profound thing to us:

 

He said its important that we LEARN types of flowers and stuff because Holy Spirit draws from what we know.

If all we know about is a rose, then when we call out the greatness in someoone using a flower, we can only use the CHARACTERISTICS we know of a rose because thats what we have.

 

awesome right? ( from memory. application according to intended direction of thought)

 

 

 

I am challenging myself to learn more, so that I have more to give away.

 

If what I know only has one flavor, it will not appeal to all types of minds and hearts.

according to how He 'designed them'.

 

its really fun looking for things to give away to people.

especially when its unique to how He made YOU to give it away.

Because it doesnt look like everyone else's

and He delights in that.

My purpose of finding this again today is because evangelism for me looks like prophetic words.
Sometimes: visuals.
We can give these as gifts to people we meet.
Scrolls with seals that depict what's in it... or which portion of the God head inspired it.
