Baptism is something that you do after you already began a relationship with Jesus.

Kind of life a man and woman who got engaged and then showed the public display of their commitment by the Wedding ceremony.

Baptism is a public display of the commitment we made when we gave our hearts to Jesus and asked Him to come inside and be our Savior.

(this is a man having a coversation with Jesus. He has laid his baggage down and sitting to pay attention to what Jesus is saying)

He made a decision. He said YES! He wants to come home to the Father's heart and is CHOOSING  to be a part of the family of God forever.

Are you ready to start yours?

this little boy represents a person who said YES to Jesus and now has a loving relationship with Him as He draws him close.

Now he is ready for baptism.

How about you?

More on baptism soon!

xoxoxo!

Have a great day.

Here is a prayer you can pray that will help you accept Jesus as Your Lord and Savior.

Say: Father God, I want to come home. I want to be Your child. I know that Jesus is the way You provided for me to come home.  I repent of all my sins and ask that You wash them away.

I accept Jesus into my heart.

Fill me with Your Holy Spirit.

I give You persmission to teach me. I need guidance and I ask that You will Father me.

I am choosing to follow You.

In Jesus name.

Amen

Now, welcome to the FAMILY OF GOD!!!

Rom 10:8But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" [fn] (that is, the word of faith which we preach):

Rom 10:9that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Rom 10:10For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Rom 10:11For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame." [fn]

Rom 10:12For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.

Rom 10:13For "whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved." [fn]

Rom 10:14How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?

Rom 10:15And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, [fn] Who bring glad tidings of good things!" [fn]
